Question Motherboard is showing white CPU LED, what can i do?

So yesterday i restarted my pc because i was lagging a bit (pc uptime was only like 30 min) and it said the cpu was too hot so i shut down my pc immediately i opened the case and tightened my cpu cooler brcause it was loose then ive tried to turning my pc on and the display is just black and gpu fans are not spinning ive tried to change gpu slot and the fans still dont spin i also tried to take out the cmos battery for 5 minutes and the screw method and it still doesnt work i also checked my cpu pins and they were all straight what can i do? please help. My specs are:


Motherboard: MSI MPG Z490 GAMING EDGE WIFI
GPU: MSI RX 6600 Mech
CPU: I3-10105f
Ram: 16GB DDR4 2667mhz
PSU: Gamemax 850W rgb
Cpu cooler: Gamemax gamma 600

What thermal paste was used and how was the paste applied? How long ago?
