Question Motherboard light stuck on orange ?

Hi I just got the new Asus Dark Hero Z790 motherboard, and the system wont post, it just gets stuck on orange. Ive reseated the ram, checked all the cables. I dont know what to do now. Please help

CPU: 13900kf
CPU cooler: Cooler Master 360r
Motherboard: Asus Dark Hero z790
Ram: Corsair Dominator 6600mhz ddr5
SSD/HDD: Crucial t700 1tb
GPU: Msi 4090 Suprim Liquid X
PSU: Corsair hx1000i

it just gets stuck on orange.
Can you elaborate on where the LED is located? If you're seeing the LED at the bottom right hand corner of your motherboard, then that's the HD_LED, i.e, the drive that has the OS on it. None of the Q-LED's on the motherboard are designated with an orange, per page 1-17, in your motherboard manual.

Might want to see if there's any bent or broken pins on the CPU's socket. I'd also relieve some stress on the AIO's cooler mount.

Thank you for the welcoming and help. The led is in the top right. Relieved the screws on the aio, didnt change anything. Still orange. Cpu was fine when I put it in the new board, I checked the pins. Code 55 comes up with 4 ram sticks plugged in. I just got it to boot to bios with only 2 sticks
