[SOLVED] Motherboard may be fried

So i was taking apart my computer to switch out the fans. And when i put the other ones in the conputer didnt turn on as well as the cpu fan. Only other things in the case that did turn on were the leds on the motherboard and the psu fan any thoughts on what you think it could be?

I would think it is something not connected quite right.
Verify ALL the cables and connections.

Thanks apparently one of my cables was a little out of place
