Motherboard Memory Problem

Hello Guys I need your expertly opinion on this problem, I have this computer that won't boot and produces only 3 beeps, it's an intel machine. I checked in its motherboard's manual it says that it's a problem with memory, I'm sure that all the Memory cards are perfectly working I've tried it in other working machine and it produces no errors or problems. Also tried each card in each DIMM Slots individually and still no avail. I've search to other forums and I've learned that maybe it's a problem with DIMM Slots or the Motherboard itself. I just wanted to know if is there any way or workaround to resolved this problem? Any ideas or suggestion is highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Mobo: Intel DH67CL
CPU: Intel Core i7
RAM: 1 Dolgix 4Gb DDR3 and 1 Kingston 4Gb DDR3
HDD: SSeagate Barracuda 1Tb

Your mobo and/or cpu may not be compatible with that ram. Make sure you read the suggested or tested ram.
