Motherboard not getting enough power?

My monitor is not turning on. I think the reason is that the motherboard is flashing orange, which means there is a power supply problem.

All of the require connectors are plugged in though and the PSU is well above required at 550W. It is also from XFX.

ASUS Prime B250M-A Motherboard
Intel Core i5 7500
XFX TS Series Pro 550W Power Supply
XFX Radeon RX 480 GTR OC 8GB

Did you install the standoffs? HOW is it connected to the monitor??

If it's VGA to DVI or HDMI,you need an active adapter
