Question Motherboard problem

I have a gigabyte x570 pro wifi and I recently took my pc apart as it needed a deep clean so I set the mb cpu and ram package aside, cleaned then reassembled.
I went to turn the pc on nothing, no lights on gpu/my. I was thinking power supply but tested with 2 different working ones and still nothing. Put the cpu and ram in a different old mb and it lit right up.
So is there anything I can do to reset or fix the mb or is it dead.

Double check the RAM sticks have not moved out of their sockets. Push down on both ends.

I have removed the cpu and ram and it works in another mb with the same powersupply.
I also tried shorting the psu green to ground to turn it on while plugged into the mb but nothing happens until it is not placed into the mb.
