yes but it is insufficient so if there is a better processor compatible with these parts I would like to use it

A cheap used FX 8350 from ebay would be a slight upgrade, but not much. IMO, better save money for a better platform, those 20% won't help you much either.

The 1050 Ti is a reasonable match for an AM3+ processor.
