Question Motherboard rgb is on but PC not turning on when I press power button ?

Hello folks! I've been facing a issue with my pc, when I switch on at the wall socket and press PC power button, it won't boot even though the motherboard rgb lights are on. But if I wait for 10-15 minutes and try to start it, it boots up normally but sometimes shuts down after like 1-2 hours of usage.

Another issue is, If I leave the PC Idling for a few minutes it will automatically shut down instead of going to sleep mode ?

Things I've tried:

• Trying to boot by connecting to a different wall socket
• Changed the CMOS battery
• Updated the bios
• Changed the surge protector

Specifications:
32gigs 3200mhz xpg ram
ASUS EXPEDITION EX-A320M board
R5 4600G cpu
Gigabyte windforce oc rtx 2070
Cooler master mwe bronze 750w psu
Pny 480gb storage ssd

Don't have a spare psu with me. I'll take my system to my freind's place & will test it out there and update if psu is the real culprit here. Hope so it's the psu.
