[SOLVED] Motherboard RMA Questions

I'm in the process of packaging my asus rog strix x570-e gaming motherboard because of bad m.2 ports. Few questions:

1. Should I package anything else besides the motherboard, CPU brackets, I/O shield, and backplate?
2. Should I include the m.2 heatsinks as shown in the picture?
3. Is it recommended to use the original motherboard box when sending?
