I have a Asus rog b550-f

Usually the Power light uses the different colors as messages, Orange likely indicates a faulty Power Supply. Power supply testers are cheaper than new power supply. This is an example of a very cheap tester, if you can find one locally would best option.
As you can see by the images, a typical ATX power supply outputs several different voltages, with your symptoms, it sounds like maybe the +5 volt or the 3.3 volt output has lost its factory installed Smoke Charge.

I personally don’t think its the psu because 1 month ago I bought a new one the Corsair RM850x.

There is this scientific theory that says the universe and everything in it, is always moving toward a state of total entropy, some things just get there sooner than others!
I am glad you got it fixed!
Seriously tho, seems to me that anything with electrons moving thru it, will be similar to a light bulb, in that, one minute it works, and the next minute it doesn't!

do you have a clue how my cpu died suddenly?
Any attempt to specify the exact reason for your CPU to die when it did, would be pure speculation or educated guesses. Keep in mind that the average CPU is a chunk of silicon with various metals mixed in, to create an item with millions of transistors connected with circuitry in the nonometer sizes. A CPU operates in a hazardous enviroment, due to extreme temperture fluctuations and atmospheric hazards, along with having to spend most of it's life pushing 1s and 0s in directions they may or may not want to go. Like I said before, many things are much like Light Bulbs, in that one minute they work, and the next, they don't.
I'm sorry I don't have a better answer for you on the specific cause of failure!
TLDR Crap Happens!
I am happy you fixed it as quick you did.
