Motherboard Temperature to high (120c)

I did not have to apply, there was thermal paste already applied on the KHULER. Do you think it will help to keep the temp down a bit more if I apply ARCKTIC paste, or Antec Diamond paste?

I am asking becasue the screenshot I have sent you that was for just without any CPU load.
But When I am rendering a video, Processor Temp goes upto 50c
and MOBO Temp 80c

So is it a reasonable temp?
 
Yes, those are very reasonable temps for a PreBuilt System....
Mobo temps would be advisable to be lowered, but that comes with better Airflow inside the case. Your being a Dell Case, the options get very limited. So I would certainly say, they are fine as they are, you can't possibly accept better results in such a constricted workspace.... it's the max that it can do.
