My pc is showing cpu overvoltage error on boot up, On bios shows overvoltages (see attached pics) but using a multimeter shows the voltages from the psu is within its normal voltages (tested the voltages while PC is running). I was wondering if there is any risk of damaging my PC components, I'm sure that its either my motherboard voltage sensors are busted or the voltage regulators of my motherboard are the one whos causing this issue. What should I do? have no budget for new mobo :(

PC SPECS:
CPU: Ryzen 5 3600
MOTHER BOARD: Asus b350
RAM: T Force Delta 16gb
PSU: Aerocool 500w

Just booted into bios, and i noticed only the 12v is reading wrong, after updating bios nothing changed sadly

Weird. You could have some draw of some sort, but so many things could play into this. At the very least, assuming your PSU is in fact good from your testing, I'd update the bios to the latest version and throw some new thermal paste on your CPU. I recall a post a while ago where someone was having a similar issue and the CPU's heat was causing everything to overvolt and give weird results on multiple different tests.
