Can someone tell me how many VRMs and phases this motherboard has:

I researched this topic, but I seem to find 7 VRMs on this board, which could would result in a power phase design that I haven't heard of. Perhaps 6+1? Or am I missing something?
edit: I'm not planning to overclock on this mobo, it's the H chipset. I'm just trying to learn how to identify parts.

I added another picture. Is the square thing on the far right not a choke? Because I swear I can identify MOSFETs...

What is the thing on the right? It also has 1 larger box, but it is darker than the chokes. And it also has MOSFETs next to it, I believe. At least they look the same to me.
edit: next to the OC Genie text.

Good catch yes, this is a 6+1 power phase, that choke there (well the VRM next to it) is the +1.

Thanks for answering. What about this? It's a 8+2 motherboard (GA-970A-UD3P), but I can see 10 next to the CPU + 4 additional ones next to the RAM. Or is that something else?

What exactly do the VRM chips look like? I can see 2-3 chips next to each choke. on the first motherboard and I can't tell what the actual VRM is.

On the first board, next to each choke the slightly larger of the 2 chips is a VRM.

I took some real pictures of my motherboard, if you can show me, because I really can't tell the difference.

Sorry for bothering you.
