motherboard with asus strix gtx 960

Please suggest a cheap and best motherboard for asus strix gtx 960 oc edition. I have heard it has heat issues sometimes. Using i5 4690 processor. And will Seasonic S12II 430 Watts PSU enough to power it??
Please tell me diffence between this edition and seasonic eco 430 watts and Which is better for gtx 960??

Any H97 MB or cheaper Z97 like MSI Z97 pc mate will be good for the i5 4690.

Both seasonic 430W are almost same, except the ac input voltage: S12II 430 Watts 100V-240 you can use it in USA, eco 430 watts maybe 220-240V you can't use it in USA, because I only can find some info from here " Input socket from the mains is connected to the frame with a good and solid grounding, while the phase is driven through a strong transitional security, before both are assembled at the bottom PCB.
