Motherboard with sound system

I'm using an MSI x99 Gaming 9 ACK and I got a surround sound system. I tried to enter the jacks into the motherboard but the motherboard's holes are red and black only because of the design of the motherboard. I tried to research on it and read the manual but didnt really understand it. Some help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I would install the Sound Blaster Cinema 2 utility from MSI to configure the audio. https://us.msi.com/Motherboard/support/X99S-GAMING-9-ACK#down-utility

There's are green, orange and black jacks and I'm not sure which holes to put it them in

The manual says there's CS-Out, Line-in/SS-Out, RS-Out, and Line-Out
