So recently I've been building my new gaming pc, and have ran into a few errors on the way, all of which have been sorted until this one.

My motherboard has lights on it that indicate there is an error somewhere (CPU, dram, VGA, and boot).

My new problem is the boot light is now on but after reading the manual I can't find any obvious solutions.

I've tried changing the graphics card from my new one back to my old one with no success and after checking all cables in my storage devices (1 1tb hard drive and 2 240gb ssd's) I have still had no success.

My build is:
Case - nzxt s340
Motherboard - Asus z370-a
CPU - i7-8700k
Heatsink - Corsair h100i V2
GPU - windforce gtx 980ti
RAM - Corsair vengeance LPX
Power supply - 600w bronze (it's an older one so I don't remember the brand)

EDIT
I'd like to add that every component is plugged in and connected to the power supply
