ECS A960M-MV motherboard wont POST like the title says. Nothing shows up on the screen but everything comes on, fans and such. The computer did work right before.

Removed HDD's and everything else
Took out ram and CPU and put back in
Motherboard is out of case
Took out video card, now using on board
Took out the battery, enabled the CMOS

Can't RMA it so any suggestions?

Sounds like the MB is bricked. Did the MB beeps on startup or on any point ? Try the RAM stick on different socket and try to enter BIOS. Go to Advanced Chipset setup -->Set ( DCT unganged mode ) = Disabled. See how it works.

There is no on board speaker sadly, I have tried moving the ram and booting without it no luck.

I have one of those diagnostics cards that show this particular fault to be with the BIOS chip? If you can change it, you may give the motherboard a new lease of life? Cheaper than just getting a new motherboard...
