Hey,

The only sign of life of my motherboard is when I updated the bios, I see The Q-Flash LED turns on and the fan case spinning. Except that, when the bios update is done, nothing, no POST, no sound, no light. Even the fan of the power supply doesn't spin.

Specs:
GIGABYTE B550M AORUS Elite
AMD Ryzen 5 5600X
Corsair RM650x
Corsair Vengeance LPX 16Go (2x8Go) DDR4
Gigabyte GeForce GT 1030 OC 2G

What I did:
  1. I Downloaded the last BIOS on Gigabyte website, renamed and copied on an empty usb disk (16Go, 2.0, Fat32).
  2. I started the BIOS update with Q-Flash Plus (no CPU, no RAM, no GPU) and power cables pluged (include CPU cable). After 2-3 min the Q Flash Plus led turn off, so I think the BIOS has been updated.
  3. I installed my CPU, turned on the PSU and turned on the PC case power switch.
And nothing happens, no starting fan, no light, no sound
I've tried with my RAM and my GPU too, same result.

Is my CPU dead ?

I just did it and no change, I think the bios and the motherboard are ok, because the bios update seems good.

If my processor is dead I shouldn’t have a beep or a light?
