I keep reading about motherboards that help with a clean look by somehow use the back of the motherboard. Is there a term(s) I can filter by to search for these boards? I'm looking for team red if that makes a difference.

Thanks!

Well, it's also to do with the case you use, and whether it allows you to do that. Some cases are very tight and wiring behind the rear can be a pain.

Most new cases offer that now, and some motherboards actually have the connectors on the rear too, which really give that clean look.

My case for example, Lian LI 215, has most of the wiring to the back , apart from the connectors. So not totally clean. But most cases offer this now. It's all about aesthetics.

Based on this discussion I've realized that I made a big mistake. I wanted a visible led setup and I chose the Lian Li EVO RGB case because of the led strip along the front and side. I added to that mistake by choosing an ASUS X870-A motherboard. The visible wire connections have convinced me of how much of a mistake this was.

Now I realize that a better looking choice would be MSI MAG PANO 100R PZ WHITE case with an ASUS TUF GAMING B850-BTF WIFI motherboard. OUCH! Its gonna cost me over $400 to correct this mistake assuming I can even get the parts. At least the rest of my parts will still be usable and I'll be a lot happier when I look at it.

Looks like there aren't many of these boards huh?
I decided to go ahead with the newly released ASUS motherboard. These are the main components:

ASUS TUF GAMING B850-BTF WIFI White
G.SKILL TRIDENT Z5 ROYAL NEO Silver
LIAN LI HYDROSHIFT II LCD-C 360CL White
LIAN LI UNI CL Fans 6xReverse 1xNormal White
MSI MAG PANO 100R PZ White

and this is what it turned out looking like:

The lines to your cpu look especially good. Often times I see a build where everything is nice and tidy, but there isn't a way to get the cpu cooled without that messing it all up. Is your cpu cooler an AIO?
