I need help identifying a part number on my Asus ROG Strix B550-F Gaming Wi-Fi motherboard.
The chip is labeled 3325A and appears to be damaged, its located next to the PCIe GPU slot.

Not a WiFi chip. Just an off the shelf voltage reference regulator it seems.

3325a returns this, but don't necessarily trust a random aliexpess seller. The description is just gibberish.

I wasn't able to track down the datasheet or an exact match from another manufacturer.

It doesn't look too bad, might be able to remove and reinstall it.

Either:
* re-solder the chip
* buy new one, if current one is fried
* send it in for repairs.

Based on image, i see the above chip to that (AS358M or something), to have some damage on the bottom side as well. And the caps just right of the 3325A look to be iffy as well. At least one of the caps looks damaged.

There are many repair shops out there, but i'd suggest NorthRidge Fix: https://northridgefix.com
Alex (founder and owner) has YT channel where he showcases repairs. I find it interesting to watch from time to time. E.g:
