Hi guys, please point me in the direction to a site that will optimixe my
XP. For example i have re installed XP and now the mouse "scroll wheel" is
scrolling in "jumps" and not smooth. Any help is most appreciated!

There is no such site. "Optimizing" Windows XP is something you learn to do
over time by reading widely on the subject. Microsoft's web site is a good
place to start. And in any case, how do you know that "optimizing" Windows
XP will solve your problems? Maybe they have to do with other software. Or
hardware.

You haven't told us what mouse you have or what mouse software you are
using. Most mouse software has a setting that determines how far the page
moves as the wheel is scrolled. You can choose exactly how many lines are
skipped with each roll of the scroll wheel.
