[SOLVED] Mouse changing DPI by itself

Hello,

First of all, thanks for your help in advance and for reading this. Before some time, I bought a "gaming" wireless mouse that perfectly fits into my hand - ConnectIT Doodle 2, but I have a problem with it.
Even tho this mouse is for gaming, I have a problem which makes it unusable. Mouse has dedicated DPI button, but the mouse DPI changes by itself during playing.

I wrote to manufacter about this mouse and my problem, and they wrote me back that the mouse has another combination to change DPI - by pressing both left and right button at the same time for 3 seconds. And that they don't have any software for this mouse and that this can't be changed from their side...

The problem is, that even when the combination should be held for 3 seconds, it doesn't work like that. For example, when I play FPS games and I hold the right button, for like 10 seconds for aiming for example, every left click changes DPI! Every single one..

I tried everything I could find on the internet, to disable this stupid DPI change button combination, or to disable DPI change totally. But nothing worked for me.. :/
Can anyone recommend me, or help me solve this problem? Isn't there some way how to totally disable in registers or somewhere else? I totally love this mouse, I never had a mouse that would stick to my hand better and it's rechargable wireless mouse, but this is making it totally unusable for me... :/

its sad when hardware is let down by software, it sounds like a perfect mouse (almost).

You might need to keep looking for a mouse which does software and hardware as well.

sounds like a design fault of the mouse.

mine has a similar shape but its not wireless. this is its wireless version... also not as cheap - https://steelseries.com/gaming-mice/rival-650-wireless
I rarely press the dpi button.
