Hello, I freshly installed my windows 11 on a new SSD WD black, Reinstalled all my drivers, all my software, everything was running great Until the other day my mouse started to stutter, in game, out of game, doesnt matter its always doing it, when I move my mouse around the cursor stutters (lags) like its skipping every 2-3 seconds in a repeating pattern. Its almost like IN TEMPO. Very weird.

The mouse Im using : Razer Basilisk Wired V3 Chroma

Things that I've tried already today : Reinstall mouse drivers (Razer synapse, and drivers themselves), Power saving settings fast startup,
Different USB port
Different mouse I plugged in (still did the same thing)
Restart PC
Update my graphics drivers through Geforce Experience
updated windows
Different surface (Its very clearly not the mouse or my mousemat)

Let me know if Im missing anything here

I appreciate the help. I've been around here for a while (lurking) and people on here are actual heroes. Love this place.

You have BIOS versions pending update;
see if updating to the latest BIOS version alleviates the issue.

Once done, I'd advise that you manually install all chipset drivers in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator.

Seems like my bios version is up to date now, msi centre says its the newest version, not sure what to do from there. also I have all my drivers updated but I will do so anyway. Thanks.

When you reinstalled, from where did you source all the drivers?
I still have this issue, I didnt check the post for a few months, forgot about it after nothing solved it. Thanks for the help though, and hopefully at some point Ill figure it out haha.

Update: I have a 3070ti now, I still get the stutter like once or twice a week, for a few hours.

I've come across niggly issues using Geforce to update graphics drivers before. I would suggest you manually download the latest driver for your card from the Nvidia website, then download DDU and use that to uninstall all traces of earlier drivers. When it reboots, manually install the downloaded driver - I also suggest unchecking any driver features that you don't need on install.
