Question Mouse delay/lag/floaty mouse

OK, I'm going to keep this short and simple.
I've had this problem for a very long time now. I noticed the issue occurred after upgrading my pc. My mouse movement feels very weird and inconsistent, sometimes delayed.
I decided to record my mouse movement in slo-mo (sorry for the fortnite example) and hope someone knows whats going on.

I upgraded my cpu from 7700k to 9700k, GPU from 1070 to 2070 and the motherboard and case

im getting over 200fps consistantly in games I play, on 144hz

Try capping your fps to your refresh rate.
