Question Mouse disconnecting after fast movement, after upgrading CPU

Hello. I'm not sure this is the right place to ask, especially the CPU forum, let me know if i should post anywhere else. Apologies in advance. Here we go.
The issue is my mouse disconnects and reconnects after i do a fast motion with it with LMB pressed. On both desktop and in games.

Started happening after i switched my old Ryzen 2600 for new Ryzen 5600X CPU, so i've instantly thought its a cpu/socket issue, searched countless reddit posts and found A LOT of people having the same issue on AM4 socket.

Although i'm not so sure it's the case anymore. I'm almost certain however that it is NOT a cable issue, problem seems to resolve itself after i switch polling rates to 125, 500 and back to 1000 and moving cable around does pretty much nothing aswell, seems to be intact.

Things i've tried:

Uninstalling USB controllers and rebooting

Installing latest mouse drivers

Turning off "allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" option on every USB port

Trying to plug mouse into every single USB port on the motherboard

Downgrading PCIe to Gen 2 from Gen 3 (This seemed to help at first, but then the issue came back a day after)

Switching polling rate on mouse (Issue still persists on 500 and 1k hz, but doesn't seem to appear on 100)

Updating BIOS, updating chipset driver to newest version

Hardware:
MB - GIGABYTE B450M DS3H
CPU - AMD Ryzen 5600X
GPU - NVIDIA RTX 3060
Mouse - Xtrfy M42

Appreciate any help! I'm just desperate at this point trying to find out what's wrong. Will answer any questions needed ASAP.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

You forgot to mention the make and model of your PSU, case and the cooler used to cool that processor.

Updating BIOS, updating chipset driver to newest version
What BIOS version are you on for your motherboard? Did you clear the CMOS after you'd verified that the BIOS was successfully flashed?

Uninstalling USB controllers and rebooting
You should manually reinstall the latest chipset drivers in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator

Thanks for replying!

My PSU is a 700W Xilence Red Wings XN054 (XP700R7), cooler is AMD Wraith Stealth, the one that came in the box with my previous CPU (Ryzen 5 2600).
The BIOS version i updated to is F65b and no, i did not clear CMOS after. Is doing that necessary, could it be related to the issue im having?

And yes, i have installed the chipset drivers as Administrator. Latest version, downloaded from GIGABYTE website.

Can i still get help with this? Literally desperate at this point, tried every solution i could find, nothing works.

Don't know if it's gonna be helpful, but i have also found out that connecting the mouse to another port OR switching the mouse polling rate temporarily solves the issue, but only for a couple of hours, sometimes minutes.
