Question Mouse doesn’t charge when PC is shutdown, but the keyboard does ?

I have a Logitech G915 TKL Wireless Keyboard and a Logitech G Pro Wireless Mouse.

When I go to plug them in at night to charge, I always find that my keyboard is fully charged while my mouse barely charges. Both are plugged into USB 3.2 type A ports (the blue ports). I was wondering if there is a way to specifically enable my mouse port to be powered while my pc is shutdown, and whether disabling usb selective suspend is the ideal solution. I have windows 11.

If needed, my motherboard is a MSI X670E Tomahawk WiFi.

Swap the charging port. Determine if the mouse then charges and the keyboard does not.

Also try other charging sources to determine if and when one device (keyboard or mouse) charges or does not charge.

Objective being to determine if the problem is the port, the charging cable, or the mouse itself.

I swapped the ports and the keyboard still charged while the mouse barely moved. It seems like the mouse charges a little bit each time, as if it’s charging and then 5-10 mins after shutdown it cuts off the power. If I leave the pc completely turned on the mouse charges just fine to 100%.
