Question mouse freeze

hi
my mouse freeze for like 2 sec every now and then and when i move it fast its a wired i tried it on another pc and it work fine
i used my brother mouse who worked fine on his pc this one its a wireless on on eco mode it work fine but on normal mode it freezes
spec rx 580
I5 9400F
16 RAM
win 10
i have eveything updated
i tried turning usb power saver off i reinstalled windows i reinstalled the gpu driver

Make and model mouse?

Did you manually download the applicable mouse drivers via the manufacturer's website. Reinstall and reconfigure? (Versus using 3rd driver installer.)

Look in Reliability History: do you see any errors that correspond with the times that the mouse freezes?

yes i did download it from the their website
