Mouse Keyboard and Display Stopped working

So im very new to this. I bought a pc from best buy and everything was working fine. I hit my chair on my desk really hard and after that, every 10 or so minutes after power up my mouse keyboard and display would shut down. Now ( 1 day later ) i had tried unplugging and plugging a few cables and when i start up the computer the mouse keyboard and display wont turn on. The lights and fans all work but not the mouse keyboard or display.

When you hit the desk did it cause any visible damage to the system? And how new is this computer?

Not from what i could see, the computer is like 2 weeks old

Simply bumping a desk should not cause this sort of issue unless the hardware inside the PC came loose from it. If you’re not comfortable opening the PC up and checking the hardware then I would suggest bringing it to Best Buy and have them work with it. My guess is that some cable or piece of hardware came loose and simply needs to be reseated. Your PC should still be under their return policy so you should be able to do this at no cost.
