Mouse moves but can't click on anything except Chrome

So I was adjusting the sensitivity on my mouse just before the problem happened. Basically, I can click on any window or the desktop. This includes the taskbar, task manager, and settings window. The weird part is however, I can still use chrome. I don't think i pressed any other setting for my mouse cause I was able to close that window and open steam just before it happened. Anyone have an idea of what going on or how to fix it?

It fixed itself after I put the computer to sleep.
