Question Mouse Pointer keeps moving the upper right of screen.

First time poster so not to sure if this is the correct topic. However, I'm really desperate. As the title says my mouse pointer keeps moving to the upper right of my screen. The issue started a few days ago but has gotten to the point where its just unbearable. I've already tried two different wired mice and the problem still persists. I've already done a deep check for malware and I'm 100% safe. Both mice are clean and the mouse pad is also clean. Any ideas on what be causing this issue?

I had a similar problem where the mouse pointer would suddenly move away from where it was supposed to be. I finally found out what was causing it but not why. Something was causing Cortana to open up numerous searches and that would grab the pointer. I was never able to find out what was causing Cortana to do this and finally did a clean install of Windows. Just wanted to add my experience to this in case it was the same thing causing your problem. I hope you have better luck on it than I did.
