Mouse Smoothing Software for Game Streaming

In Minecraft there is a setting you can change (F5 by default I believe) that smooths the movement of your mouse to create a more cinematic experience. I was wondering if there was any open source software that would allow me to do this for any game. My goal is to use this software for streaming to Twitch. When I re-watch my streams from Skyrim/Fallout 4 or the like, I get a little motion sick because the mouse movements are so precise (great for gaming, but not for viewing). Any help on this subject would be greatly appreciated.

There're some settings/configs and programs that I'm aware of that might help you achieve what you're looking for, though it really depends upon the OS you're running. Answer this and I'm sure I/we can further assist you.
