hello, both my old and my new mice (logitech g502 HERO's both) have had issues where the cursor stops moving at random times for a few seconds up to a minute or so. I have noticed that this doesn't seem to happen when i use a white textured piece of paper towel as a mouse pad but that doesn't glide like my Steelseries QCK mousepad. my windows mouse pointer speed is 12 and dpi of 2000 polling rate of 1k(through logitech Ghub) with windows enhanced pointer precision off.
Things i have tried: reinstalling logitech ghub, reinstalling drivers via device manager, lowering polling rate, lowering dpi, lowering windows mouse speed, Full DISM repair and SFC scan
when this started: early last month (December) (possible windows update issue)
again the only thing that seems to work is using a makeshift mouse pad out of white textured paper towel but this is a temporary measure and annoying to use because it doesn't glide well
any and all info/suggestions would be welcome, Thank you
