Mouse Woes - Constant disabling!

Hi i was wondering if anyone can give me some help. I bought this mouse:

and the problem that im having is that when i sometimes lift the mouse off of my mouse mat/gaming surface the mouse disables itself and when i try to put the mouse back down it wont move for a second, but it will click. This causes hell in BF3 when i have to run my mouse a lot to steer jets :/

I was wondering if anyone has any ideas?

Do you happen to have a G110 keyboard or another with a built in powered USB hub? Sometimes these drain too much resources so that either the keyboard or mouse powers down. This problem seems to affect the x58 motherboard platform the most.

disconnected keyboard, still happening. I have the TTesports keyboard, the one with the red LED between the keys
