Moving a file from a Zip folder in an email to another location

Hi, i want to create a bat file that moves a file from a zip folder in an email sent to me daily to another location. The problem is the file named the same each time except for 3 numbers at the end which is different every night.
Any help would be much appreciated

I should have stated what a novice i am when it comes to scripting
