Question Moving Files or Programs

I have 2 internal drives, on is a SSD and the other is a HDD. Is it possible to move a program or file from one drive to the other without having to mess with the registry and if so how?

Copy paste the folder, if it works it works,
if not you have to mess with the registry or uninstall and reinstall.

many applications will have options in their 'Apps & Features' profile to move, modify, or other Advanced options that can accomplish this.

What are the drive sizes?
Which drive is the OS on?

My SSD (drive C where the OS is on) is 1 TB. the HDD secondary drive is 500GB. I also have an external SSD with 16TB, I want to temparily move the programs from the HDD to the external SSD so that I can change the 500GB HDD to a 1 TB SSD.

I suspect a scam product there.
That kind of SSD capacity would cost $1.2K to $2k.

Exactly what is on what, and what are you actually trying to do?

Move some of my slower program Files or X86 Files from my SSD to my HDD or tempararily move the files from my HDD to my external 16TB SSD drive so I can upgrade my HDD to a 1TB SSD then move them back to the new secondary SSD from the external SSD.
