Hello!
So tomorrow I am moving from my Igpu (the vega 11 stuffed inside the ryzen 5 2400g) to a physical gpu. the asus 1050 ti cerberus. so this is obviously a huge change for me and i want to get everything right.
how can i disable my igpu and uninstall all the drivers and get my ram back? my igpu has 2gb on it and the lastest amd drivers.
if it helps my mobo is gigabyte b450m, my ram is patriot viper 2x4gb 3000mhz and my psu is corsair 550w.

Solution
The motherboard SHOULD automatically do all this. Obviously you're going to connect the monitor(s) cable(s) to your 1050Ti now instead of the rear port cluster of the mobo. After that, simply install the GPU drivers from Nvidia and enjoy.
Okay, so first download a program called display driver uninstaller or DDU for short then use it to uninstall your AMD drivers (you will pick between uninstalling all AMD, intel, or Nvidia drivers, then shutdown your pc and install the new graphics card.

I wouldn't bother with this. Because it's an APU, some of the driver/software may include CPU and chipset related drivers that shouldn't be uninstalled.

My first system was a 3400G and then I bought a RX 570, as people above have said, all I did was change the cable from my monitor over from the motherboard to the GPU and never had any problems. You will need to download the Nvidia drivers though.

i really thought there would be soo much more for me to do. I never knew this was so easy i kinda feel embarrassed i even asked.
thank you DSzymborski, kurdtnz and tennis2 for the time and help. <3
