Question Moving from windows Server 2012 Standard R2 to windows Server 2019 Standard

Dear Community,

We have five sites:

1. Site HO
2. Site NRA
3. Site JRN
4. Site CHL

and one Data Center Sites i.e.
1. Site DC

Our main application like ERP and other applications are all accessed through Site DC from four sites(HO,NRA,JRN & CHL).
Now we want to upgrade our DC from windows Server 2012 to 2019.
What is the recommneded solution?
Should I move all sites to window Server 2019 or just DC.
Also I have fww vms being replicated from site DC to HO. I have hyper-v role installed. What about the domain controller of oher sitres do I have to only move them to 2019 so that my sites can smoothly keep running or should I move the whole sites?

Dear Community,

What is the procedure to move to Windows Server 2019? Should I first create an additional Domain Controller and move all the FSMO roles or is there anyother work around that I should do?
