so my old pc has about two secondary hdd which i mostly use to store pictures and videos , how do i move those into my new pc as secondary drives without loosing all the data ? is this possible to do ? Thanks in advance

You can't clone only the drive storage without the OS.

You can sift through all of it, and transfer it somewhere else. (Meaning, go through, and save pictures, videos and whatever else you want to keep, then put them somewhere else, like the cloud.)
Then format the drive, and reupload them there.

You could also just clone the drive entirely, moving your windows install, and all of what you had before to the new main drive, then format the old one, and if you want to, you can then do what i mentioned earlier, and copy all the stuff to the old drive.
