I have Wondershare video converter https://videoconverter.wondershare.com/?_ga=2.174454562.141436210.1600798135-185236887.1599898991 I had been converting video that i have on DVD and also downloaded and putting them in MP4.. As for the audio in the video will be at 319 and 320 bit rate will both be at the same.
Is there a question in there somewhere?

Just as a general info I would suggest people to use free software like handbrake or if they aren't as comfortable with manual settings xmediarecode has a great many pre configured settings for all kind of devices.
