hi, i bought the PC in 2020 and I've always played games on it without problems, 1 month ago my pc started to randomly restart while playing games, it always restarts in the first 10 minutes after opening the game.
It restarts once a day every day and sometimes even twice a day.. i tried a lot of things but nothing worked, pls someone can help me.. its very frustrating..
Please list all your specs, including the model of each component and we'll go from there. Most likely culprit is your PSU, but there are other things it can be, too.
i updated my bios watching the system model, going on the manufactur site etc.. etc.. the last update is from 22/06/2021, im not an expert but seems old, 2 years ago.. anyway after that i went to the manufactur site again and i ve searched my motherboard to see if there were updates, i saw a bios update of it from 2023 but they are different from the other.. so i cant install it.. is this normal..?

Why do you need to update BIOS anyhow?
I'm always a fan of if it's not broke don't fix it.

You'll want to run some monitoring software and check your windows event logs just in case they're picking anything up. It could be degredation of thermal paste/pads etc, failing PSU or some other component. You're going to need to narrow it down more for us to help.
Also as others have said please post the full specs of the system.

im a little dumb, im not an expert if we talk about pc.. u said run a monitoring software, can u tell me the name of one of them..? its free..? i download it from google? they are dangerous or they are completely sure?
MSI Afterburner, GPU-Z, HWINFO, and HWMonitor are usually what I go with. You can also use CPU-Z to get some of your specific hardware information if you're not aware of what you have. These can give you an idea as to what might be going on if they show high temps etc.

ayoo, sorry for bothering, i checked the Windows Event Log after the problem recurred. and I actually found an error that says: The computer has been restarted by an error check etc.. etc.. and it tells me where I can find the details of the error, I istantly went to see the details i opened the ''file'' but there are lines upon lines of strange codes that i dont understand.. what can i do for you..? should i contact windows support or something else..?
Those types of messages are usually due to file corruption which would lead me to believe storage or DRAM problems. If your computer is still under warranty you might consider contacting MSI otherwise you're left trying to narrow it down yourself.
If it's a hardware problem this won't fix anything, but if files have just gotten corrupted it can:
