While not a complete feature rundown of DX10, there is a lot of solid information there about how DX10 workflow is now with the new instruction and geometry shader units. A lot of "big" stuff is talked about quickly (e.g. full interger and bitwise support in SM4.0 shaders) but for those confused about why developers would want to use DX10, the slides show how it will improve their lives... not to mention performance (e.g. single pass cube maps vs. 6 right now; shadow volumes via the geometry shaders, etc).
