I think I would tend to avoid trying to use modern gear on such an ancient version of Windows as the manufacturers probably simply haven't bothered to write a driver. And wireless wasn't used all that much back then.
Anyway you need a wired keyboard that works outside Windows to do things like change BIOS settings -- why add the complication of drivers and wireless ?
