I have problem with msconfig. when i try to access, the msconfig window
flashes for a split second and then disappears. Also, i cant print anything.
the print command brings blank pages from the printer. hp tech support stated
that there was some system error in the computer. updated NAV found no virus.
Please help. Thanks.

The msconfig problem is most likely caused by a variant of the Gaobot worm.
This worm has been around for a long time, so it's time for you to update
your virus definitions (let Live Update do it for you automatically) and
learn how to setup NAV for maximum protection.

If reinstalling the printer (and driver) doesn't solve your printing
problem, it too may be caused by a virus.
