With WindowsXP Home, how do you delete a program from the
msconfig startup menu. The program in question is
logobows and no one I've talked to knows anything about
this program. However, it will automatically cause the
dial up to appear on its own while I'm working in another
program like word. Thanks for the help!

Dennis go to Start>Run type: regedit Navigate to
HKey_Local_Machine\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Current Version\run, run
once etc all the run folders. Look in the
rt hand pane and see if the program shows up. If yes, delete it. You
can also look in
HKey_Current_User\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Current Version\run

Hello,

Try run Ad-Aware SE or Spybot Search & Destroy... what you have it's a type
of dialer (probably some related to some payed service) you can also check
in Control-Panel-System-Add/Remove Programs and check if there's any entry
that can be related to it...
