mshta.exe a suspicious script?

McAfee says MSHTA.EXE is a suspicious script when I open USER ACCOUNTS, what
is it, is it OK

Hi Roger,

You may allow the script to continue, as MSHTA.EXE
(windows\system32\mshta.exe) is a legitimate system file, which runs the HTA
content like User Accounts applet and so.
