Any advice on how much is worth pre-used MSI 280x Gaming 3gb card?

You could probably sell it for 80-100 USD.

About $90 USD is right.

While i found the very same GPU listed on E-bay for $157,

Thing is, for $155, i can buy brand new RX 570 8GB that comes with warranty as well and is on average 45% better than R9 280X (pcpp). So, that used MSI R9 280X isn't worth $157.

Be happy if some silly fool gives you $90. An R9-280X is noticeably slower and more power hungry than an RX570 4GB which go four about $90 on Ebay.
