MSI Afterburner all options locked?

So basically I downloaded MSI Afterburner but when I start it I can't select anything. All the bars for the fan and voltage options are locked. They are all faded and if I click them nothing happens. A solution would be appreciated.

From the main screen, click the settings button at the bottom. In the General tab under Compatibility Properties, check the box that says Unlock Voltage Control.

Thanks for the suggestion rwoody, but it is still locked. Maybe I am not using it correctly? :/
