MSI Afterburner OSD says my GPU % reaches 70-80-90%

What does this exactly mean, is it the power percentage it's telling me, should I be worried? It's my first time using MSI Afterburners OSD.
Currently running RTX 2080 MSI and a 750W PSU.
Those percentages is while gaming.
Please let me know if there's any other information missing.

Well, I am installing my MSI 2080 RTX tonight (just received it at my office). I will let you know if it showing something similar in Afterburner OSD.

Is it actually showing it like "70-80-90%"? It should only show one value, like lets say 87% for example. It usually means how much utilization is on you GPU. It means your GPU using that specific percentage of its graphics computation power in that situation.

That is the GPU usage percentage been shown on the OSD.

It seems to be a different issue that keeps my computer crashing. I'll have to do another post. Thank you though mjbn1977, keep me updated!
