Question MSI Afterburner / Riva not monitoring FPS

Hi All,

I can't get MSI / Riva to monitor my FPS in Apex Legends. It works with other games like Fortnite and LoL. It also worked with Apex when I played it a couple weeks ago. Any suggestions?

I've already tried switching switching the Display Coordinate Space and the On-screen Display is "on."

Is there an in game fps counter for Apex? If you are running in windowed or borderless the fps counter may not display correctly. Try uninstalling MSI afterburner and just using Riva tuner. Sometimes these programs don't play nice.

In msi af on monitoring tab, scroll down to bottom and you will see framerate and frametime, you have ro tick them both (on left of frametime is greyed out tick, click on it) and tick show on screen display.

I had this issues as well after I disabled and re-enabled RTSS I lost my OSD in Apex. I fixed it by updating RTSS separately as the current Afterburner build has an outdated RTSS build.
