Question MSI B450 Tomahawk max not booting

I just finished putting together a new motherboard upgrading my ram and CPU with it. When powering on, the board does not boot, but instead shows CPU error, vga error and then stays at boot error. I've looked around the forum but I have not found anything that fixed it.

I have my old ssd and HDD plugged in.
My CPU is a ryzen 5 3600
Gpu msi 980

Please post your ENTIRE system spec including PSU make and model.

Pay close attention to bent / damaged pins too.
